The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "Superior Value Products Inc." or "site"). We want you to be happy with your purchase. Purchases are allowed to be returned within the first 30 days less all shipping costs and a %20 restocking fee. Kyoritsu and Hanna Instruments have a restocking fee of %30. All returned items must be in totally new condition and it must include the original packaging also in new condition. After 30 days all sales are final for all products. Orders of AirGrit products will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee if the package has not been opened. If the package has been opened but the product has not been used the re-stocking fee is 30%. AirGrit machines that have been used cannot be returned.
Unless otherwise indicated all items sold on this site are new and carry the manufacturer's warranty. Items that are sold as used will be indicated as such. These items are guaranteed to work when purchased but do not carry the manufacturer's warranty.
Since the products on this site come from various warehouses in Canada it is necessary to contact Superior Value Products Inc. to obtain the proper return shipping address.
Items in used condition after purchased new cannot be returned.
Items are shipped to the customers from various warehouses using the warehouses' choice of delivery. The shipping and handling costs are based on the weight of the item and are calulated at this site. Delivery time for instruments on this site is usually less than one week. The FEIN tools are also less than one week. The Makita and the Dewalt tools are also usually delivered within the week. Some items however are not commonly used and will take longer to deliver. Customers will be notified if the order will take more than 1 week.
All attempts are made to have all information, specifications and photos about the items to be up to date and correct. Superior Value Products Inc. and its owners however cannot guarantee that there are no errors and will not be held responsible for any errors in specifications or information about the items. Final authority on the specifications and warranty of each item is with the manufacturer.
Superior Value Products Inc. and its owners bear no responsibility and will not be held responsible for any injury or death or damage to property, or any financial loss or any loss whatsoever as a result of the use of or having any of the products sold at this site.
